We started with limited resources and no clear strategy, learning the ropes through trial and error. With a combination of personal savings and bank loans, we gradually built our portfolio with several private and industrial properties, both in Singapore and abroad.
It was through this process of experimentation that we honed our methods, ultimately leading to a winning investment strategy that transformed our property assets into reliable, cash-generating investments.

The Founders
Ernee and Jelene are the co-founders of Bespoke Group, the driving force behind its growth into a comprehensive property ecosystem. Their journey into property investment began witih a personal search for passive income that soon transformed into something much greater.
After leasing out their first property and experiencing the impact of consistent rental cashflow, they became deeply committed to mastering the property investment game. They devoured everything they could—from on-the-ground trial and error to learning from seasoned investors locally and abroad. Over time, they crafted an investment strategy that was not only profitable but also repeatable.
Friends began asking for advice. Then friends of friends. What began as casual sharing turned into full-fledged coaching. This naturally evolved into a structured training programme, which became the foundation of the business. But the vision didn’t stop at education. Students needed more than theory—they needed guidance on what to buy, how to finance, how to renovate, rent out, and manage it all sustainably.
One by one, new services were built to fill those gaps—real estate consultancy, mortgage solutions, renovation, co-living management, cleaning, staging, maintenance, tech, media and more. Today, what began as a two-person effort has grown into a full-stack ecosystem of interlinked subsidiaries, serving every stage of a property investor’s journey, from the first lesson to long-term rental income.
