We’re incredibly proud to share that our founder & CEO, Ernee Ong, has received the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2025, a meaningful recognition of his vision, heart, and relentless commitment to reshaping Singapore’s property investment landscape.

This award is more than a moment of applause. It’s a reminder of the grit it takes to build something different, something that challenges old assumptions and brings values to everyday people who want to invest smarter, live better, and unlock their property potential. It also reinforces our belief that property literacy, when taught well, can meaningfully change families’ lives.

We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mr Alvin Tan 陈圣辉, Minister of State for the Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Trade and Industry, SOE Awards Committee Chair Ms Novie Djayayanti, and the entire SOE team for creating a platform that truly uplifts founders and early-stage businesses. 

Leadership Across the Years

Over the years, Ernee has led several key milestones:

  • Founded Proptiply, a property education platform that has coached thousands through hands-on workshops, structured strategies, and its flagship Proptiply Board Game, simulating real-life property scenarios for experiential learning.
  • Founded Bespoke Habitat, which now manages over hundreds of co-living and rental units with tech-enabled operations, secured digital systems, housekeeping support, and a tenant service app.
  • Expanding Bespoke Group into a full end-to-end ecosystem, from education to acquisition, renovation, staging, and listing, providing clients with a simplified and consolidated pathway to property ownership and investment.

Throughout this process, Ernee and his team bring over 10 years of deep experience in real estate management, portfolio planning, and tenant-landlord operations. This foundation shapes the solutions we build and the way we support our community.

This new accolade now joins a growing list of milestones achieved under Ernee’s leadership, including the expansion of multiple business units, the rollout of community education programmes, and the success of hundreds of property owners who have benefited from Bespoke Group’s guided approach.

The Significance of the Spirit of Enterprise Award

The Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Award is a long-standing national recognition in Singapore, celebrating entrepreneurs who show courage, perseverance, and innovation. Since 2003, SOE has honoured over 550 honourees. These honourees are selected through a rigorous process that includes interviews and evaluation by a Board of Governors. The program not only highlights business success but also fosters mentoring, community, and the entrepreneurial spirit among youth.

We’re deeply honoured that Ernee is now part of this legacy, and even more committed to continuing the work of educating, building, and empowering the next generation of property investors.
